What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, your role (captain or crew), your main port if you give it, the website language and the date of your consent.
Nothing else: the website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. Any audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is anonymous and cookie-free.
Why
Only to tell you when RopeIn opens and invite you to create your account. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to agencies or third parties.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
Until the service opens, then at most 6 months after, or until you unsubscribe if that comes first.
Where your data is
With our host, Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (www.cloudflare.com). The waitlist is stored in the European Union. Like any host, Cloudflare also processes technical data (IP address, browser) to deliver pages and protect the website.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
